The X-Box 360 is also overpriced. You could have saved yourself a lot of money if you went out and bought it 6 months or so from now when MS woul be forced to decrease the price due to other next-gen consoles.

Its an RPG, it recieved excellent reviews which makes me want to play it, but not enough to dish out all that dough for a 360.

Choose the XBox version, and you don't have to spend a lot of money to get a powerful computer to run Oblivion at higher video quality.

But you lose A LOT on the mods. You can get the official sucky mods (that absolutely look like they are in the game to begin with but ripped out for more quick bucks) at $2 each, and there're 3 at the moment.

On PC you can download FREE mods, and lots and lots and lots of tweaks and new contents.

If you're a serious PC gamer, you will upgrade your computer sooner or later... then the PC version is 1000 times better than the XBox version for you.

2 things why make another thread when there is an uber thread about this game. Secondly, Civ is and always will be better. O and a word of advice remember to have a clock and adequte amount of food within reaching distance if you play Oblivion, it gets terribly addicting.
