I need a book to read.

Perhaps The Iraq War Reader: History, Documents, Opinions if you're interested

I have it at home and I've been reading it for a while. It really is one of the most comprehensive books about the political/military history of Iraq, and American-Iraq relations, etc. It is a great book with documents included, and these people all contributed to the contents of the book:

Fouad Ajami
George W. Bush
Richard Butler
John le Carré
Noam Chomsky
Ann Coulter
Thomas Friedman
Al Gore
Seymour Hersh
Christopher Hitchens

Arianna Huffington
Saddam Hussein
Terry Jones
Robert Kagan
Charles Krauthammer
William Kristol
Nicholas Lemann
Kanan Makiya
Kevin Phillips
Kenneth Pollack

Colin Powell
Condoleezza Rice
Arundhati Roy
Edward Said
William Safire
Jonathan Schell
Susan Sontag
George Will

The Idiot by Dostoevsky. I loved it, I felt like I was reading a soap opera. There wasn't much of a plot, so it wasn't the kind of book you 'can't put down', but instead it was like someones life you could read about whenever you want.

Atlas I read Fouad Ajami's book "The Foreigner's Gift". It's very interesting to get a perspective from a Shia Muslim who's been to Iraq more than half a dozen times.

1991 "Instructional Guide on How to Operate a Dust Buster"

page 3 is a nail-biter.
