i need a flc file anyone send me?

My civ3 conquest cd couldnt find the file. I think that part of the cd has broken. can anyone send me the file above.

art/flics/x2_Mursilis_indust_fwrd.flc

Note: when im playing with/against hittities if achieved the industrial level game crashes.
i think its the problem with that file.

Moderator Action: No, that would be piracy. Reinstall the game. If your CD is broken, you can email the publisher and ask them about replacing it.
