If you have access to a PC, or Virtual PC installed, (at least until the scenario editor arrives for Macs) then you already have all the trainers and cheats that you will ever need.
However comma, I have to concur with everyone else. Rather than cheat, just take your time, look at the strategy guide, or poke around the forums.
However, if you really, really, REALLY want a cheat/trainer, then the scenario editor does just that for you.
For instance, if you need more money, you can simply open a copy of a .bic file and change your starting resources, units, aggression level, starting technologies, etc. You can change how long it takes for certain tasks to be completed. You can change this for either your favorite civ, or you can simply set it so that the human player, regardless of which civ they play can have this advantage/or disadvantage should you choose.
Personally, it's just a bit more rewarding to survive to the end on my own wits, skill, and judgement, rather than have it handed out to me. Besides, the AI isn't exactly the sharpest crayon in the box at times.
