I cant manage to find the download link for the civ IV GotM is this just me or is it a problem

uhh correction it'll work (the download) on my comp that can't use IV but I saw the icon (what it looks like and where it is) but it just doesn't show up on this comp??

Probably because internet explorer has done something silly - like put a .txt file extension on the end of it. Try renaming it to remove that extension (you might need to set the option in tools \ folder options \ view to uncheck the 'hide extensions for known file types" though)

Alternatively, you ned to put it in the save directory - ..\my documents\my games\sid meiers civilization 4\saves\single\

I think you mean the download link image doesn't show up? I've had a previous report of that happening. It's just a standard transparent gif image file so I have no idea why that happens. I'll add a text link as well. Meanwhile the file is here.

You mean the link in my post? That's the same as the link on the download page, and I'm not aware that anyone else is having any problems with it.

You couldn't see the .gif image either. There are no restrictions on access to the file. Are you behind a firewall? What browser are you running? Do you go through a proxy? Can you see the link on the download page now that I've added a text link? Does that work?
