For the most part I find it easy to respect the mods, not only for what they do but also for the fact that they have respected me too.

On occasion though the real meanings of a post gets lost in the fact that we are all expressing our opinions in "text". There is alot to say for communicating to someone in person rather than text where voice influctions and facial expressions are lost.

While I have only seem a small number of the possible threads, this is one of the sillier.

Why don't we respect moderators on the odd numbered days of the month, and they respect us on the even number days? Because some months have 31 days and every four years (mostly) February has 29, as is the case now, we will respect the moderators more than they respect us.

Or we could just forget about the "problem" and all play Civ 3.
