He shouldn't be the strongest who is chosen to attack the warrior. All of them fall back eventually.

If we remove that axe our highest ranking warrior will intercept the barb warrior. Let him heal in London first. Give him Combat II or III when available.

So when this barb warrior is dust, retreat with all units to London.
Add to build queue: warrior, city building, warrior city building, as long as we get archery. Let them come to us. Emphasize growth. Intercept any lone barbwarrior if he doesn't want to attack but idles or pillages.

EDIT: MAn, I'm still in the good ol' times. Of course it's the doomed city I was talking about.

You're talking of London, too. ROTFL.

Oh NOW that I start new turn, we find out our injured guy DOES have a promotion available....Combat I, City Raider II, Woodsman I

(the barb has moved N of the hill. I'll take him out as per your orders).
 
Bloody barb warrior killed one of our endless warriors. Then we finished him off, without a scratch to the other warrior (exp 5/5).

Wounded guy is in London to fortify heal.

Nice n safe for the workers now, as long as they dont get too clsoe to Westport, I spose.

Chinese Warrior appears on our SW border, just outside Barb City limits. Qin is cautious to us. -2 for our declaration on their German friend +1 each for peace and borders.

Workboat explores to the west on coastline.
After scout is built and library is being built emphasize production.
Once library is built emphasize research while growing and still building stuff till we finish arch.

General Orders

1) Peace with Germany when possible
2) Retreat all units from barbs, until we have archer capability. Reasses then.

Other outstanding orders (like nuke america) to be recapped when it ain't 1.30 am GMT! lol :)
