I'm going to count this as dead like underi ts former mod. I have three order sets after a two week deadline and there is absolutely no diplomacy. Case and NES closed.

Shame..Its a good NES. I'd resurrect it at a time when less NESes are going. Wait for one of the bigger ones to die and it should go well.
