Idea for a MOD: CFC Users' MOD

Attatched is the Crimson Empire custom diplomatic stuffs.

And if we get unique resources, I want titanium.

Also, I am thinking about coyotes for the Fedelian resource, but what would it do? I'm thinking it would be a prerequisite for the conquistador (no longer built by spanish, but by everyone, replaces explorer), and my second UU = the Voyager - replaces scout, has attack and defense values, has settle ability? Or maybe just build colony. Animations would be the Iroquois brave with a dog running along side.
 
Also, I think I read a suggestion in the "How should CFC user's mod be" thread about extended unit lines. Not too extended, mind you, but perhaps we could add some needed filler units like say... phalanx - comes between spearman and pikeman. It could use the numidian mercinary graphics. Halberdier - comes between pikeman and musketman, could use swiss mercinary graphics. Musketman could be renamed Arquebusier, as well, and we could have a new musketman using musket infantry graphics, comes between arquebusier and rifleman. Those are just my suggestions, but how do you all like the idea itself?

Some of you might remember it from the box as the Paddy Wagon, but for fans of the show, it was simply... the Turtle Van.

I am, however, going to make some slight modifications.... :evil:
 
If we get two UU's I want mine to be the Arashi Ninja. Replaces the Medieval Infantry, treats all terrain as roads and stealth attack, otherwise same as MI, upgrades to guerilla. Just use the PTW extras ninja.

Personally, I'd rather not have any more units I have to worry about upgrading later (which is a pain in the butt and costs an arm and a leg), since the units they already have become obsolete way too fast.
 
That's true. We should only add the really badly needed units then.

So, what do you all think of my other ideas then?

Who said anything about it making any sense? And to balance the game, how about you can't make nuclear weapons with Omegian uranium. Just the normal uranium.
 
I can't seem to find a model of the Turtle Van anywhere, but there are certainly VW Buses, which I might convert (as I believe that's what the TV started out as anyway). Otherwise, I might try to build this mofo from scratch.

Yeah... sure it'll work... until they rise up and overthrow us and make us the slaves...

And then we'll have to have a Charlton Heston unit to save us, and he'll want to give all the humans guns, and it'll just be one big mess.
