Idea for a MOD: CFC Users' MOD

Here's a map of the Fedelian Empire. Poorly done, I know. I probably could have done way better had I done it by hand (or even with the conquests map editor ;) )

Map key:

Blue - water
Green - grassland
Yellow - plains
Tan - Brush
Dark Green - Forest
Greyish Green - Marsh
Turquoise - unknown terrain or unrecorded
Brown - desert
Grey lines - main transportation routes
White circles - settlements
red lines - borders

Oh, I almost forgot: Not included in the map are the Fedelian colonies of New Dover (to the east) and Cherry valley (to the northeast)

civilopedia description:
Los Justos (The Righteous Ones) are direct descendants of the colonial inhabitants of New Jersey. Their lineage can be traced back to the 1600s when the English, Dutch & Swedish settlers inhabited the region. Due to the extremely fertile soils of the region, Los Justos quickly became very adept agriculturally. Many of the small waterways and the extensive shoreline in the region also played a part in the seafaring capabilities of Los Justos.

The modern-day Justo inhabitant can be described as freedom loving and extremely bent on capitalism. Industry and commerce in the region is its main goal, not military conquests. The Ejercito de Justo (military branch), however, is modernlly equppied and is especially adept at ship building. Thus, its navy is among the strongest and most diverse in the entire world. It must be noted, however, that nearly all the inhabitants of this region utterly despise any form of socialism, mass welfare or trade restrictions. As such, civs that possess these characteristics are deemed as extremely suspicious in the eyes of most Justos.

All you people of CFC - I'm posting in this thread because I think that this post of mine should be read firstly by the people who take part in this project.

I'm sad to say that' I'm leaving this community for some months. Indeed, I've finally decided to go to Milan to study at the university of Economics on September - and Milan is far from my town. In a first time, I surely won't have there neither a PC nor a possibility to access to the web. Maybe around december I will have them again but, now, these are my last days with my computer. :(

The problem, now, are my current projects you see in my signature. About this one, CFC users'MOD, I hope somebody will work on this, creating an alpha .biq file without leaderheads and UU. In a second time we'll take care of them (and I hope I will have returned and some great creator of LH like CivArmy or R8FXT help us). MaissiveArsouye, Goldflash, Rufus, DomPedro or anyone of you - I hope someone will continue this project.

About the Dark Ages scenario, I realized that change and adapt the original Firaxis middle ages mod is too restrictive. I hope thet when I will have returned embryodead the Great :king: will have released his expected MEM mod - that will be very useful to create a good DA scenario. And I hope my/Trip's map be useful.
Now, I've to wait.

I hope to return as soon as possible - I'm going to leave to Milan next week.

Goodbye people.

You should make that list of 'who is in' into a checklist of who has submitted a flag and a map. It would make it easier to keep track of what we need from who.

Well, then, we can work in conjunction together :)

But we still need the rest of the participants to submit flags and maps...

sure. though i have no experience w/ gfx creation.

i would suggest that a random map is best instead of assigning territory
search for UUs
custom improvements? custom resources? wonders?

i would think that keeping it simple, at least to start, is prolly the best bet.

Exactly, that's why I don't want to rush into leaderheads... flags will do for now.

I don't know how to create those cool wavey flag LH FLCs though....

EDIT: Nevermind :D

I don't think you'll need to do much graphics creation. I can do a lot of that... it's mostly the BIQ work that's the issue.

As for the map, RedAlert said he'll do a map, so I think we should make the mod with a random map, but also make the mod with the created map available as well... it'll be pretty easy once we actually have the map.

i live in alberta sooo... ill just post that for (zermny) :D
