I recently got a WW2 scenario and liked it excpet for one point. Why not make the world map zoom in on Europe? I should point out the WW2 pack I got was WW2 in Europe.
If you make the map huge and focus entireley on Europe, Britain would be a decent size and you could make the civ`s start in their proper places as they woul have room to expand.
I posted this here as there wasn`t a suggestions category in the expansion packs forum.
