Probably the Civ series in general, though I missed out on Civ2.

Crash Bandicoot 3 really introduced me to gaming. I still love it, not only for nostalgia, but just because it's a great game. However, I would have to say Civ IV, because it introduced me to strategy gaming, gave me a love for history, and introduced me to an even better game, Civ V.
