Yup -- Absent sounds more like it -- I was only in ROTC and that was a looooooong time ago.

For someone looking to enter a succession game in the late stages, I think this one is almost (but not quite) finished. Since no one has stepped forward, feel free to read up on the last few moves (to get a sense of things) and step on in.

This game appears to have died of LOI (Lack Of Interest) except Old'N'Reliable...

Sorry I have been away. I had issue with my ISP and when I got back on line, I had forgotten the game altogether. To be honest, I have only started (but not finished) one Civ game since my last post, nine months ago! Maybe I'll finally do the most recent turns and
