im having trouble clicking on my unit

i've been having trouble for the last few minutes selecting some units to load onto a ship, at first i frigged around for a few minutes and made it work... now it won't work at all no matter what button i press i cannot select these several fortified units on that land square that you can see beside the ships i'm trying to load the guys onto

has anyone ever experienced or does anyone know about this problem???

it was just that one square for some reason,
