I'm sure my thread wasn't spam?

I posted Weekend Warriors in the Offtopic forum and it got closed coz 'it was spam'. Why would it be spam on this board while on other (stricter) boards these threads are 'legal'???
I think if you take on of those threads a week, just bump it everyday if neccesairy (sp?) It wouldn't slow the board down in any way, it wouldn't be in the way coz it's just one thread and it's a good way to get to know the other members and to socialize bit.

Allright post your opinion on this, especially the mods!

No, we believe in making things consistant here, and people are all treated fairly.

The chat room is there dude, and there are plenty of people who use it.

I think we should officially write somewhere (like in the FAQ or the forum rules) that if you want to question a moderator's decision, or have a question about what/why they did what they did, you should PM them. I'm getting quite sick of these threads from really cool guys...

I used to post here under a different name and this place was way more tolerant back then.

I'd have to agree.... Though I'm not the type of person to pick on someone just because there new and don't know where everything is. It is starting to get slightly annoying.

Yesterday that thread was closed but I believe it was Yoda Power said she liked the idea, I wanted to see how many of you agreed with that and how may agreed with the mod.
