ROTFL recognized Persia and OFFERS A TRADE AGREEMENT

I was not aware that Wikipedia's articles on Geography and Climate of Beijing were secretly tourist guides! This is a wonderful discovery!

The Empire of Chola recognizes its new neighbors to the west and offers a treaty of friendship to Persia. We would also like to work out a territorial agreement in the near future to avoid clashing over claims in West India.

Part 1:

Early imperial rule:

The first unified Chinese state was established by Qin Shi Huang of the Qin state in 221 BC. Qin Shi Huang proclaimed himself the "First Emperor" (始皇&#24093, and imposed many reforms throughout China, notably the forced standardization of the Chinese language, measurements, length of cart axles, and currency. The Qin Dynasty lasted only fifteen years, falling soon after Qin Shi Huang's death, as its harsh legalist and authoritarian policies led to widespread rebellion.

The subsequent Han Dynasty ruled China between 206 BC and 220 AD, and created a lasting Han cultural identity among its populace that extends to the present day. The Han Dynasty expanded the empire's territory considerably with military campaigns reaching Korea, Vietnam, Mongolia and Central Asia, and also helped establish the Silk Road in Central Asia. China was for a large part of the last two millennia the world's largest economy.

To Carthage: There seems to have been a mistake communication in our military. We radio'd our navies that Japan had surrendered, but they didn't seem to get the message.
OOC: I sent in the war plans before the surrender, and forgot to cancel them.

Republic of China creates the Chinese Union and asks Nanjing to join it. It's goals are:

1) Trade between the chinese states.

2) Open Borders between the chinese states.

3) To protect and promote the chinese culture and language.

Miltimary of Republic of China:

Republic of China maintains a large and technologically advanced military. The armed forces of the ROC number approximately 300,000, with nominal reserves totaling 3.6 million. Conscription remains universal for qualified males reaching age eighteen, but as a part of the reduction effort many are given the opportunity to fulfill their draft requirement through alternative service and are redirected to government agencies or defense related industries.
