Improvements in World Builder

I'm trying to make post-apocalyptic scenario, but i have trouble in making improvements to be pillaged in World Builder. Any ideas? Is it possible at all?

Yes, sadly there is no such function.

In Lua there is a "SetImprovementPillaged" function.

In Lua there is a "SetImprovementPillaged" function.

But Lua works only with Civilization 5 executable not with the World Builder, isn't it?
