Rules are simple - No simultaneous turns in MP, Hybrid or Sequential turns only. Turn timers can be fixed at 2-3 minutes or left dynamic, with a gentlemens' agreement not to draw out the clock unnecessarily.
Prefer players who have BNW, no other DLC needed.
I am bored to death of the idiocy that is simultaneous turn Civ5, as it turns Civ5 from a bad game to an unplayable mess in MP.
