Are these guys the new Archer Rush?
In two games on Noble I have managed to take the oppositions capital with an early rush of these guys. Get 2-3 cities, wait until they get size 3 and get a barracks. You are starting with Combat 1 (due to Aggressive trait) and an additional upgrade.
The Quechua cost only 15 shields, in a size 3 city you are probably looking at 4-5 turns or so per unit. With 3 cities you can pump out 9 of these guys in about 12-15 turns. Rush 9 of them at a city, and I don't care if they have 3 Archers defending (at 25 shields each) you are probably going to take the capital. If you are unlucky the opposition will already have Copper hooked up, in which case you might need a few more to take the city.
I just took Rome's capital with a rush of 11 and an Axeman. He had a Spearman and 2 Archers. I lost 8 units, but the Roman capital (size 5) is mine. I needed to do this before he hooked up Iron.
