Incredibly stupid question re: scenarios

Sooo, I can find the new scenarios in my game folder, and get them to launch by clicking on them... But when I try to access them via the "Scenarios" button on the in-game title screen, I only see the old Civ 4 scenarios. What am I missing? How do you get to the sexy new Scenarios launch screen I've seen posted on these boards?

Start a game, and the button is in the top right hand corner.
