These look great :) A bit too large for my taste, but very nice indeed.
BTW, what game do they come from ?

Thanks :)

I understand what you mean. Its individual taste. I do like the slightly larger cities. Besides, KY has a large selection of good work on the individual tile cities, and many others have posted some very fine work also. So...I wanted to try something different.

I do try to leave as little impact on the surrounding terrain, to make everything visible.

Thanks for all the encouragement!!!

As you said, it's a matter of taste. Anyway the graphics are sharp, very contrasted and the palette of colors is very nice (still talking about the Industrial MidEast which loks better than the preview you posted above, or maybe it's just the editor).

For yet another opinion:

Large connected buildings overhanging water are of no concern to me. (In theory, there could be unseen landmass underneath, and I don't care about ships running over part of the city during a turn.) Small separate buildings are. I never care about overlap on ground, though it's true, several times, I've not seen pollution as it was hiding under part of a city. I'll live with that for bigger, better cities, though.

Spoiler :

Kyriakos' hang over [just the first example I could find] is fine for me as the small parts seem connected.

It's just the opposite for me. It bothers me when an entire section of a city is on water. If it's a freestanding building I'm reminded of Venice or some of the South Asian cities with temples, palaces. etc. in the middle of the water.

Just a matter of taste - which detracts nothing from the quality of work. Glad to see you doing more work beyond the European sets, Zubareva. Hopefully you'll get around to some from India - both Mughal & earlier.

Hi Zubareva, I´m glad you post here again (and I hope Ronning will post some of his beautiful modding art, too). :) If you set all buildings on the terrain-base coming with your cities, there shouldn´t be a problem of overlapping buildings in sea-terrain -or am I wrong here?
