Ineed a Civ5 computer recomendation

My computer has become so cluttered that Civ4 has been running slowly. I have a great Graphics Card, excellent RAM, plenty of disk space (At least on the external drive), but Civ4 is still not running. I think that for Civ5 I will get a new computer. I have only about $800 to set aside for it (I have plenty more money, just saving it). I don't understand much computer talk. Could anyone recommend a good computer?

If you're gonna get one for civ5, may want to wait until some specs for civ 5 are released.

Since we dont exactly know whats going to be needed for it, not so much that I can reccomend.

Civ IV Complete is finished so that means no more expansion packs, and why would they stop making a profitable game in a climate like this?

Because they can still milk Civ 4.

Firaxis is definitely working on an unannounced project but who knows when if that's Civ 5 or when will Civ 5 will be released? I can give you no recommendation.
