Treaty of Shanghai

1. The People’s Republic of China will surrender and be dissolved.

2. ASEAN will annex Burma as shown on the map.

3. India will annex Northern India as shown on the map.

4. FEAR will annex the land shown on the map.

5. Tibet shall be formed as an independent state, under the influence of India and FEAR.

6. Indonesian occupied Japan will be their’s to do with as they wish. American Federation occupied Japan will be their’s to do with as they wish.

7. FEAR will withdrawl all presence from eastern China south of the Yangtze River. ASEAN will annex Southern China.

a. The Yangtze River will become a demilitarized zone and will have no warships or mines. FEAR and ASEAN will hold joint administration over the river.
b. Former communist party members in areas of China annexed by ASEAN will not be persecuted and may move to FEAR if they wish so.
c. ASEAN will not hinder Indonesian vessels traveling to Japan.
d. Neither ASEAN nor FEAR will give any aid, moral or physical to resistance groups in each other’s territory.

You might want to hold off on sending your orders because another player might ask Pakistan for a favor, and if you agree, your orders would need to reflect that.
