Whether or not FEAR's military did, or did not do that, doesn't matter in this situation. The situation, at hand is to be taken care of in Constantinople, something my country and I will certainly be watching in. If we need Constantinople to mediate the conflict, so be it. Let the China stuff be handled at another time.

And, if things go through with Constantinople, and they agree, who is to protect the city from possible Terroristic attacks.

Bookkeeping Post

1) Those of you who are sending/receiving troops to/from another nation, please state the number of divisions, squadrons, and groups you expect to send/receive in your orders.

2) Since the Treaty of Shanghai fizzled, but sizable areas of China are under firm FEAR and ASEAN control, both Karalysia and Agent 89 should put annexation orders in their orders again if they want to officially control their various Chinese territories.

3) Please submit orders before the deadline. I know various players have had good reasons why they couldn't send orders until after they were supposed to, but I can't stress enough how much it really helps the updating process if I get orders before the deadline.

Thank you. For those of you who do send orders promptly, thank you especially. More generally, I really enjoy running this game. This has been a public service announcement from your friendly neighborhood mod.

Really, how interesting. Actualy I wasn't talking about your post, but I guess I'll adress that. South China isn't original ASEAN territory, but that doesn't mean we don't know what happens there. It is common knowledge that FEAR troops completely destroyed the countryside as the left, leaving hundreds of Chinese peasants homeless or even dead. The fact tha South China isn't original ASEAN territory has no relavence in this matter. Last time I looked, France did not hold territory in North America, but surely you know that there is currently a major war taking place there.

Until the situation in the Pacific ends; Morocco has a task force of 4 Marine Divisions, 5 Air Groups, and 4 Naval Squadrons in FEAR ready to fight.

As for my orders, I can send them to you now, however, in my orders I include this little conflict. If this conflict gets resolved peacefully, I can resend the orders, and change things around, if you want. What do you think?

It would be more helpful to me if you just saved and edited your orders on either a removable drive or whatever computer you are using, and then submitted them once you were sure there would be no further changes, but I suppose I'm okay with it if you want to send orders now and then maybe change them later.

It has all the relevance. You can not ask for reparations for damage you did not sustain. China sustained the rape to it's territory, you agreed by treaty to take it. FEAR paid with blood to take that territory. They were free to do what they wanted with it. They broke no treaty, international or bilateral by scouring the country for valuables. Oceania however waged a senseless war with no real chance of success, from which can be gleamed it's only purpose was to damage FEAR. It deserves reparations.

Treaty of Perth

-ASEAN will vacate the island of Cheju and turn it over to FEAR as per the Treaty of Shanghi. During their withdrawl from the island, ASEAN forces will do not intentional damage to the land or its inhabitants.
-Oceania will place its Prime Minister and its Commander-in-Chief on trial for waging illegal warfare, the trials will be held in Constantinople with observers from FEAR and ASEAN
-Comintern and Dar-Al-Islam observers will oversee ASEAN occupation of Oceania.
-Papua New Guinea will be turned over to the Indonesian Empire.
-Oceania will issue an apology to FEAR for their unwarranted attack.
-No reparations will be paid by any party.

So wait, ASEAN wants FEAR to rebuild land they are going to Occupy? That is like in the old Mesopotamian-Arabian war and in the peace, they asked us to rebuild Mosul, which they were going to occupy. (in reality they didn't).

FEAR's request is more like Arabia asking (which they didn't get) Reparations of damage to Jiddah and Medina in the battle for Mecca about 12 years ago.

Morocco's signature is not needed nor wanted on this treaty. This matter concerns only Oceania, FEAR, Indonesia, and ASEAN.

No. Nor do we accept your claim that we did willful damage to South China. Any damage that might have occurred (it didn't) was due to Chinese partisans, and your subsequent occupation. Do not blame us for your failures.

Furthermore if you persist in such vile allegations against the noble soldiers of FEAR who shed blood in taking Chinese land we shall demand that Oceania be placed under a military cap for its armed forces. We suggest you remove this clause.

So far small cuts and bruises can be regenerated in smaller animals, and human testing is about to go underway. If only we didn't have to start with animals!
