i just install and reinstall civ4 and bts on my laptop and both times when it get tot he Init XML (Uncache) the program stops.
The error windows says
"A problem caused the program to stop working correctly and Windows will close the progam and notify you if solution is available"
Currently Vista on a Toshiba Satellite L355 with 3gigs of ram.
Same error on unpatch, 3.17 offcial patch and 3.17 unoffcial patch.
Install for all users and run under Administer.
works fine on the pc running xp.
Edit: one other thing, no problem running vanilla, just BTS is having problems.
