Initiative: Use of the great scientist if we get Civil Service

If we get Civil Service by trade, we can use the Great Scientist to Lightbulb Paper. This is a new option not considered in the last poll.

What do you want to use the great scientist for if we are going to make the trade for Civil Service?

options:

1. lightbulb Paper
2. lightbulb Astronomy (pre-trade) (this will only give us a part of astronomy)
3. build an acadamy
4. use him as a super-specialist
5. save him for a rainy day
6. abstain

Yes, the second lightbulb choice will consume the GS to reasearch half of Astronomy before the trade happens. The trade will give us Astronomy for free, but it is not certain the trade will happen.

The trade will give us astronomy for free????? What are you talking about , the trade will give us civil service, which makes it possible for the GS to lightbulb Paper, paper has an higher priority than Astronomy, and thus the GS will invent Paper if lightbulb is used after we've got CS (or theocracy).
