If more military forces are needed, please continue to build more knights.

War Build Queue
*Knight (Four turns)
*Knight (Projected four turns)
*Knight (Projected four turns)

If we are to return to peace for our anticipated revolt into democracy, please use this build queue instead.

Peace Build Queue
*Courthouse (Four turns)
*Bank (Projected seven turns)

I leave it up to the DP to pick the best one to follow.

Worker Joins
Please join 1 Native Workers from the stack on the Mountain on turn 0.

Build queue

Courthouse (3 with worker join or 4 without) -> Bank (6 with forest chop) -> Knight (3)

Worker Actions (turn numbers for guidance only)
Turn 0: join Native Worker to city, only 1 Native worker (or 2 Slaves) moves to Forest and chops (must be done in 4), if one more Worker is available, mine an unirrigated plain.
PLEASE NOTE: Only 1 Worker or the equivalent in Slaves should be used as the Forest must not be chopped quicker than 4 turns as the shields must go to the Bank and not the Courthouse.
The remaining Workers are freed to the national pool although they could mine the unirrigated plains tiles in the city radius if they are not needed elsewhere.

City Tile Micromanagement
turn 0: the new Citizen should go on an irrigated plane, move the 2 citizens on irrigated grass to mined grass for 34spt before corruption, 27spt after corruption and –2fpt (starvation) and the courthouse in 3
turn 2 (the courthouse should be due in 1): put one citizen back from the mined grass to the irrigated grass to keep the courthouse in 1 but reduce the starvation (-1fpt)
turn 3 (on completion of the courthouse): put the citizens on the mined grass back on the irrigated grass to give zero growth and probably 25-26spt after corruption (courthouse in 7, will be 6 after the forest chop)
Turn 5? (after the forest chop): please MM for growth and commerce whilst maintaining the completion time on the Bank turn 4: move citizen from SW hill to the mined grass (still Uni in 1)
turn 9: Bank produced, please put the Citizens back to give the Knight in 3 turns while MM for commerce and growth.

The DP will have to MM if Enemy troops prevent tiles from being used or if the MM does not work as planned

In case of unhappiness, please use the lux slider if possible, but if needed the DP may use specialist to prevent disorder whilst attempting to MM to maintain build times if possible (temporary –fpt is permissible as long as the city does not lose population. Do not let the city riot!

Rushes
None

Worker Allocation

Olympus- 0
Civantonia- 2 workers; 4 workers are currently mining a plain north of the city. let them finish and then have 2 workers leave after the other 2 finish the road on that tile.
The Augean Stables- 3 workers; 1 of the native workers is to join with the city on Turn 0. the other 2 workers should be workers who are currently on a mountain in the city limits.
Styx- 0
Priapos- 1 worker; there is 1 worker in the city right now, it should be joined with Priapos
Berlin- 6 workers
Besancon- All remaining workers

Slider

Stick with the current slider of 70% science and 10% luxury. Only lower it if we can still get a tech in the same amount of turns and get a lot of extra cash. Also change the slider, if there are riots, and you need to raise the luxury slider. Make sure we never run a negative gpt throughout the chat.

Budget Priorities

Temple Rush at Besancon for 208 gold

Always leave a cushion of at least 250 gold for a rainy day

Game Stop conditions

-- Should any nation declare war upon us and be in a position to threaten our cities (shamelessly stolen from former President ravensfire's old instructions ;) )

-greekguy, President of the Fanatiks

Best of luck for a successful chat!

Station troops in Augean Stables: 1/4 of our MDI force, Besancon: Another quarter of our MDIs and the elite sword as well as 14 Knights. Make sure a minimum of 5 knights are patrolling the area near Priapos and Styx to defend aganist Japanesse invasion. Also, the remaining forces are to be placed in former Paris territory to prevent resettling. Japanesse defense and French resettling prevention are top priorities.

Building: Knight (1)

Queue: Trebuchet (1), Trebuchet (1), Trebuchet (1), University (4), Bank (6)

MM: Move the laborer from the Wheat tile to a mined Grassland.
Food: 24, +0 per turn
Production: 31, +31 per turn
Commerce: 79, +15 gold, +58 beakers, +6 happiness

Worker actions: None

DP is authorized to assign specialists as needed to maintain order if the user of the slider is not enough.

-- Ravensfire, Governor of Olympus

I edited my instructions, I hope you see that DS!

The Presidential instructions will be interpreted as:

Science: use the lowest setting which obtains the tech in the same number of turns. Raise back to 70% upon starting a new tech.

Lux: use the lowest setting which keeps the people happy.

Overall: don't allow GPT to go negative, lower science if necessary to keep +gpt

No treaties are desired, or expected during this play session. However, if Japan offers us something juicy for peace, like large gold, gpt, or tech, it can be considered. Alternatively, refuse and then stop so the trade can be discussed in the forum.

Refuse demands from everyone, expecially Rome. We're better off if they declare on us anyway.

Don't accept flips.

Berlin:
Build queue:
university->trebuchet->trebuchet->trebuchet->bank

Micromanagement:
turn 0: switch to university (29f, +5fpt, 0s, +17spt)
turn 1: switch hill to tobacco (34f, +6fpt, 27s, +21spt after growth)
turn 2: switch new citizen from hill to irrigated grass (0f, +6fpt, 48s, +16spt after growth)
turn 5: finish university, start on trebuchet (18f, +6fpt, 0s, +16spt)
turn 7: treb->treb (30f)
turn 9: treb->treb (0f)
switch new citizen from hill to grass (if the SSE one is available, switch to that)
turn 11: treb->bank
switch irrigated grass to hill (12f, +4fpt, 0s, 21spt)
Worker actions:
Wow that's a lot of workers. Feel free to use some of them at Besancon or merge them.
mine the forest (will be a plain) that's being chopped
road and forest WSW grass
If workers get merged, mine SW BG
If they have nothing to do, have them go elsewhere to work or merge; they could also improve unworked tiles

Besancon:
Build queue:
temple->courthouse->cathedral

Micromanagement: (use taxmen if using scientists would be wasteful)
turn 0: turn all citizens to taxmen, rush temple
turn 1: turn all citizens to scientists
turn 2: turn all citizens to scientists (8s)
turn 3: start courthouse, citizens should work plain wheat, grass wheat, fur (0f, +5fpt, 15s, 6spt)
turn 5: new citizen should be working hill (0f, +4fpt, 30s, 9spt)
turn 6: switch furs to grass wheat (4f, +6fpt, 39s, 10spt after growth)
turn 7: switch fur and hill to floodplain (0f, +10fpt, 49s, 8spt after growth)
turn 8: switch new citizen from hill to fur (0f, +10fpt, 57s, 10spt after growth)
turn 9: switch floodplains to mined plain and irrigated plain (0f, +5fpt, 67s, 13spt)
turn 10: courthouse built

Worker actions:
mine everything (particularly plains, mountain), don't mine furs, leave another plain irrigated

If micromanagement does not work as planned or worker cannot work where allocated, the DP can alter as needed.

Edit: belatedly realized worker was unneeded, switched a couple of minor errors as well
