The interrobang is hardly recognizable for what it is in a size 12 (or equivalent) font, and would just lead to confusion.

By the way, according to my English teacher, ?! is not suitable for formal writing. I say that's crap. The "English language usage panel" can burn in hell.

Usually you wouldn't need to put the emphasis on a question anyways. Just in what you're saying should create enough.

if 'What the hell are you eating?' doesn't already show you exclamation, you might be reading it wrong.
