Invalid registry number

When I try to download updates from Stardock, it says my serial number is invalid! I typed it in correctly, and I also tried the Europe one (I ordered it from play.com). It says it isn't registered! Do I have to register it somewhere, and if so how?
Please help, I love this game!
EDIT: Just discovered that I accidentally typed a O as a 0... whoops. No help needed.
