I just wish there was a River randomizer in the Civ3Edit.

Nah, I wish I did it by hand it was done with the BMPtoBIC program, then i modified it alittle.

I too wish there was some kind of river randomizer, maybe we can email Civ3 and they put a patch out

It is all the way down at the bottom of the page, in a box.
Look at the right hand side of the box, you will see the word "Download"

Very nice, my only negative comment is that Antarctica is not nearly as large a land mass as represented here. I'm not talking about projection distortion but the fact that the Antarctic continent as we 'see' it is primarilly a vast & thick glacier. The true land mass is composed of two main Islands. The covering ice forms the shape and size we know... but that's just technicality... we really need the extra water area on maps like this!

For some reason, earlier in the semester, I was staring boredly at a world map and thinking "I should make a civ map where the land and water are inverted.
Lo and behold, someone else did it first.
