The American Federation, in the interest of the mutual well being of all the people of the Earth regardless of flag or other qualities creating distinction between us proposes a Nuclear Proliferation Pact.
Upon agreement, consenting nations will be forbidden to allot themselves the means of producing nuclear weaponry. In the event that these facilities already exist, the cost of refunding them will be split amongst all participant nations.
Agreeing states will be called to war against any country, regardless of membership status or preexisting alliances, that uses a nuclear weapon of any kind.
For many reasons, we believe that all states of the world would benefit by signing this treaty. Their economy and infrastructure could be focused on instead of spending the resources available to them constructing nuclear weaponry to deter aggression. The humanitarian benefits are also enormous. Millions or billions, in worst case scenarios, of lives could be saved by using the presence of this treaty backed by a majority of the states of the world as a deterrent to all forms of nuclear aggression.
 
No one ever uses nukes in these games. They really don't seem all that powerful unless you stockpile 90 jillion.

I've noticed everyone has lost interest in the game and people are dropping out, this game is officially dead, I hope someone uses this model to start another one, an improved version, R.I.P
 
It's dead because you haven't posted a fudgingg update since last week.

All of the turnly crises have long been resolved. We need more land to work and RP with.

As long as 1) I still get to play as the United Scottish Siberian Republic and 2) you email me all your crap in Excel and whatnot. Please make sure it's saved in .xls and not .xlsx form.
