Italy attacked the German positions, hoping to enforce a peace treaty. But facing Scandinavia and Germany together, it was outnumbered. A member of the Italian army talks about this:

I knew men, that ha d survived so many battles, that were great warriors, but were killed by the bombs. Then the German scums attacked. We had to retreat. So the retreat started. The Italians, after defending for many hours Croatia, had to retreat. Croatia fought hard, because the Croatians wanted their independence. Although the Germans may deny it, they punished Croatia for its actions. The Croatians were exterminated, 500,000 were killed, many houses were burned. The local German population, with the help of the army started massacres, that almost became a genocide. 400,000 Croatians, retreated with the Italian army in Italy. Now Italy has to make a last stand, and the Italians had to prove that they were worth for there county and defend it.

The Scandinavian government also would like to back that the Italian reports in Crotatia is not only propaganda, but that there is indeed proof Italian soldiers are breaking the Geneva Conventions for all to see.

Belive who you want, but one side has unarugable proof and the other has baseless claims.

Question: Are you guys still interested in this? It's just there's only 10 players and some think that this one's dead. I just wanna decide if I should maybe put this on hiatus for when there are less IOTs so I can have a good amount of players. Almost half the NPC's being major powers wasn't what I wanted for this one.
