Guten Tag mein Englischen freunden! We have not been on.. good.. diplomatic terms in the past. I, Adolf Hitler, come before you today with my right hand outstreched! Britain and Germany are two great nations! Yes, we have had our problems in the past, but a new Reich has been formed! A Reich based on peace, love, kindness, and prosperity! We only hope that our friendly neighbors will extend the same courtesy as we extend to you!
To: Germany (Prussia)
Guten tag my fellow Germans! There is a concept that has not been forgotten since the beginning of civilization itself! The concept is: Deutschland ist Deutschland! We are both German brothers! Let not a border interfere with our mutual prosperity and growth!
We implore our fellow Germans to think of the power and pride that all Germans posses in their hearts. Furthermore, we ask that, knowing our united patriotic history, we offer a defensive pact with our comrades! The world is harsh, but a paradigm that I have never forgotten is that a Fellow German always has his brother's back! We should continue our legacy and strengthen our nations.
To: France
I personally apologize for the border disputes we are having with France. We have stated clearly our SOI, and furthermore we cannot help that our territories were so close to French territories. When we emerged into the wasteland and begin to build the Second Third Reich, many of our bunkers were located in once-French territory, but also once-German territory. We would not like to remind you that the French surrendered to the Germans once before. That being said, we have no intentions of repeating history. The Second Third Reich offers a trade-pact with our friendly French neighbors, and hopes are mutual cooperation brings wealth and glory to both of our Great Empires!
To: Merchant Republic of Venice
*tsk tsk*. I was once impressed with Italy, Venice in particular. Mussolini would frequent the beautiful city, and he and I shared many glasses of wine in a small cafe, overlooking the city. They were good times indeed. Unfortunately, we are taken aback at your apparent hostile demeanor towards us. The Second Third Reich would like to remind Italy that we look for nothing other than friendly, peaceful relations with our neighbors. We would like to give the Merchant Republic a second chance at friendly relations, thus we offer you a trade agreement. May our two nations get over this disagreement faster than I rolled into Paris.
To: Not Partitionania
We have few words for the Polish people. *takes off hat*. I am personally sorry for what happened in my earlier years, and hope that our two nations can consider the past, passed, and that we can both move ahead into the future! We must not allow both of our nations to suffer the blindness of anger, hate, and of grudges! We hope that the Polish and Germanic peoples will prosper into the future!
