My internet on my PC doesnt woRk and I want to download files from THE internet with my iPad and place them on my pc.
Coupe someone please give à clearing explanation how to do this?

Can you hook your ipad up to your computer using a USB cable?

With no network, that would be your only means of transfering files. To do this though, I have no clue, that is why I am asking.

Other ways to transfer between devices would be to transfer using things like memory cards or USB flash drives.
