iPod DEAD!!! Please help.

My iPod died friday. Its hardrive is catching and all it does is make a clicking noise similair to old clocks. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem with iPods. And if anyone has had this problem with off brand hard drive MP3 players.

I always here stories about iPods dying. They are pretty but that's all what they are and the only reason they're very popular.

I've never had mine DIE, but I have had it screw up a butloads. One time I thought it died but I just had forgotten to charge it.

I havnt had this problem but then again i am not entirely sure what you mean.

I have had it for 2 years and overly used it/ abused it.
