Iroquios display bug?

When I start up witih Iroquios the starting screen is blank where the special abilities icons would be displayed. Everything else is there the story text and begin your journey button. (150.2) When it is loading the icons are there until it loads and the begin your journey button is displayed.

Also in the strategy section for longhouse it says it replaces the workshop and down below with the icon it says it replaces the smithy.


Update: I just loaded up China and the same thing happen. No special ability icons to mouse over and read.

The icons on the start screen are stored in the cache, which is in the game core, so any problems with it cannot be fixed by mods.
