[R&F] Is it just me or does the create game's "load configuration" bug out?

Whenever i save a game configuration in the create game screen, and then load it, the rule set gets stuck on "standard rules" and i cannot change to R&F's ruleset...does this happen to anyone else?

The save option saved a set file which isnt very smart.

Dont use it.
