It's possible. The way you describe your situation, it's probable. If your junior and senior years are good, your freshman and sophomore years won't be too important. An extracurricular or two is a good idea, but not necessary. Find something you're interested in and it'll be easy. Participation is more important than success.
I expected to go to a top-notch university since I was in elementary school. I went to the wrong school and quit after a bad year.
