Is Mubarak the Mabus of Nostradamus?

Do you think the little old ladies, their children, and what few men they have can stand up against the determined holy warriors of Islam in an Egyptian civil war?
There won't be a civil war. While the Muslim Brotherhood may be an openly Islamic party, they aren't theocrats. They are something like the AKP in Turkey. Religous, but not theocratic.

I still like my "Nostrodamus predicted the plot of Last of the Summer Wine" theory. It has a lot going for it.
Mine is better. I clearly proved that Nostradamus predicted that the making of the second Doctor Mabuse film caused WWII.

They will get slaughtered, and so do you believe Obama will just sit there and watch the pro-democratic forces get butchered? The pressure will be too great and so a united effort by the US and Europe under the guise of NATO will enter the war in Egypt.

You have a childish and ridiculous view of Islam...

Obama didn't invade Iran or Burma or Yemen, what makes you think he'll invade Egypt?

Your little predictions are insane.

Would you say the same about religious conservatives in the U.S.?

Would you say the same about religious conservatives in the U.S.?
Are they theocrats?
Anyhow, unless Nostradamus talked about American religous conservatives, it is irrelavent to the thread unless you can dig up a passage similar to the one predicting you would steal the words from my mouth.

When Mubarak is killed in the coming days, you will then see everything I spoke of fall into place.

Protip: Never be so sure of anything that hasn't happened yet. You look like a major fool if you turn out to be wrong.

You look like a major fool if you turn out to be wrong.

He doesn't need to wait that long, in fact he's working feverishly towards it as we speak.

Hister is a river and Mabus is the US Secretary of the Navy.

Coincidence? You decide.

Heresy! You are an Apostate!

Hey if we keep this up we'll get the thread locked for spam. And that would be the best result of all.

Let Monty Python wax lyrical about my love of spam.

This is assuming, of course, if the Muslim Brotherhood goes back on their pledge of non-violence they've upheld for almost 100 years.

The pro-democratic movement is only one part of the story. That's the story the western media wants you to hear. The other part of the movement is the Anti-American/Anti-Israeli Islamic movement. The two factions are going to clash as soon as Mubarak is killed. Mark my words. Civil War in Egypt.

There is something here that people bring up in many events: that the media "wants us to hear" something, and in context of these people its usually the positive message, in this case the pro-democracy story. Now don't get me wrong, the media, especially in the US, is known by most here to be just terrible. But they wouldn't report such a positive image. No, some facet of the media would be more than willing- would love to really- to illustrate Egypt erupting in some anti-American/Democracy/Israel, pan-Islamic, let's-all-go-be-terrorists-now-because-the-prez-is-gone fervor. That's the kind of horrible news he media would be all to happy to report, it's ratings, it's scary, that's what they know people will respond to.
Just thought that that should be addressed.
As for the OP? No. Why would he be? Mabus. Mubarak. They begin with the same letter, I'll give you that, but mine begins with the first 2!

How is that really better? I'm not worried about them taking power, for reasons others have illuminated, but whats the difference really?

Religious parties=run the country based on invisible-man-laws
Theocratic parties=try harder to run the country based on invisible-man-laws

Oh yeah, I forgot that. They may be a bit on the extreme side, but at least they won't kill anyone. There are a lot more mainstream groups who won't do that.

OP, is Cthulhu going to awaken in 2012?

:mischief:

You can read into this as much as you want, but it will always be a matter of coincidence and conjecture in the face of hindsight. It is bread and butter for those with faith in prophecy to make connection in the aftermath of an event. Thus, these vague descriptions and narratives within prophecy are easily adapted to any generation and in as many interpretations.

Prophecy is for the birds (and sheeple).
