Is there a way to unlock the other civs in the napolean conquest scenario?

I want to try playing as Denmark or the Netherlands and see if I can get anywhere from their position. We are only allowed to play as civs like Russia, Austria, spain etc. How can I unlock them?

Open the Napoleonic Europe .biq in the editor, go to the Scenario>>Scenario Properties>>Players tab, go to Player 10 (Denmark) and check the "Human Player" box. Do the same for Player 12 (Netherlands). Save .biq as a new scenario so you don't overwrite the original.
