A common complaint about late game civ VI is that the game becomes extremely micro heavy. Usually you will end up with a large amount of units that all need to be moved individually each turn.
After having played Gran Colombia for a bit now, I feel like the game just plays better with the boosted movement. Moving units from here to there requires less micro as all the travel times are generally shortened.
I'm not sure the solution is to just boost everything, as I feel like he movement speeds early game a quite reasonable, but when manoeuvring 3-5 Infrantry units in the modern era, all of which constantly block each others' movement - I just get tired of playing the game honestly.
One solution in my mind is to buff the Logistics policy card from Mercantilism to work outside of your own territory as well. This would make it an extremely valuable card and maybe make red policy slots a bit more worthwhile at the same time. Alternatively, one of the later techs (Mobilization for example) could give a flat +1 to all ground unit movement speeds. Ships already have several techs like this to boost their movements through the eras, same for embarked units.
