The Zulu are gone, the first civilization I have eliminated.

At look at my northern empire.

Cleaning out the Ancient Age wonders.

I have found a city owned by Carthage. They are weak after the war with France. I have the military, so I try to go for them. That's the fifth war in this game.

Utica is captured, it has a high population.

France demands wine. I give it to them because I don't want to be involved in a two-front war.

Next time - One war ends and another begins.

Well, that shows why everyone hates me.

The French get another wonder, it doesn't look like it helps them very much.

The Incans get a great wonder. That produces military units that are very strong.

Meeting with the Incans, they already hate me, and I don't want to trade with them.

I'm going toward another Carthage city.

I got it, Carthage is in trouble.

I am unable to get their capital because of their high defense unique unit, I sign a peace treaty to get this over with.

My power has never been greater. I must own about 50% of the world's land.

The Incans keep getting all of the good wonders...

War is declared on the Incans and I get a city from them.

I now remember why I hate that wonder. Looks like this is going to cause a mess for me.

Next time - More war and some peace.

I've ran out of units for this war.

A look at most of my civ. I now share borders with everyone!

France declares war on me, I have enough units to fight them off.

I managed to keep them back for a little while. Also note that they have the Statue of Zeus.

My game is going in the way of a domination victory.

Hopefully the Incans don't attack me.

Making some progress on the French war, I got one of their cities.

Saves me some money down the road, and all I am producing is military units.

I picked one city off France and it looks like they are getting crushed. They can't sneak attack Utica or Hlobane anymore.

I want a free city! Peace is not signed.

Next time - An age of rapid expansion.

I was going to play one more Regent game with 15 other civs, so it will take a long time to win. It would be harder to get a domination victory on that.

The war with France is doing well, it looks like they have ran out of attack power.

Finding a new island, some cities need to be put on it!

Got another city from the French. I need to end the war, maybe I can get something out of it?

This is the best I could do...

Racing for a domination victory, I am still colonizing that island.

Most of the other civs are not much of a challange for me.

I accept to this, Carthage is nothing more than one city anyway.

More of Inca's wonders, hopefully that keeps them from spending on military.

I'm getting closer!

Of course it won't man! It'll take more than all the civs put together just hurt your domination chances!

Temples need to be built to increase the land area that I control.

Workers are cutting down that big jungle.

A domination victory is becoming very close in sight.

Corruption is eating up a huge amount of income, but I am still doing fine.

Got one more French city, the French are suffering.

Almost there, will I be able to make it?

Next time - Will the war with France or a suprise attack from the Incans derail my domination plans?

Looks like rushing a couple temples on the new island and picking up a couple more land tiles will clinch the game.

Well, I finally won! It didn't take very long either. Culture expanded in a few cities so that got me the win.

I never did find China, but they managed to plant a city somewhere.

Top five cities, as usual I had very little on the list. The Incans got 6 wonders compared to my 0.

Not much to be said here, I won by domination.

My score almost got to 3000, that's pretty good for me.

I did have 3/4 of the world's power, but fighting those wars weren't a walk in the park.

My culture was on the rebound, I could have won that way as well. The only way I couldn't win was the Diplomatic victory and the 20K culture in one city.

Higher than I usually get. In Cheiftan its hard to get above 2000.

My temple, I don't really remember what my last one looked like. I don't know if it is better.

The two biggest mistakes of this game were not mining the grassland squares, and the second was to enter someone else's territory without declaring war on them.

I will get another Regent game started on here soon. It will have 15 civs, so I'll likely get tired of trying to take over the world and settle for another victory. If I am successful at that, then I will try a Japan on Monarch game.

If anyone wants a replay of the game posted to see when everything was built, just ask.

Yes, switching to monarchy or republic would have crippled my empire with the unit support costs.

No, C3C has always used those graphics for a captured worker, haven't they?

And since I have to study for exams, the next update will not be until Friday.
