Aircraft rule to become in affect during turn 2:
You now have an Air base in your capital (lol, gave you aircraft without a base, tis tis on me!). Your aircraft CAN NOT move indefinetly throughout your nation, it must land every 3 provices. And remember, you can not send your aircraft on a death mission (where they have no where to land).

I thank you for your generous offer, but it is not generous enough. As you know, our economy has suffered throughout the years, and 35c is nearly half of it! If you could be so kind to make it 30c, and payments of 5c for 10 turns back to you, I would accept that deal. Also, please declare war on the Brazilians, for they bare out shame for the whole world!!!

NO ONE DOWNLOAD THE .ZIP FILE WITH THE MAP!!! I just found a virus on my system, and if you dont want it, to download it, or use a virus scan. Sorry.
Because of the virus, a certain file had to be deleted named sysrnj.exe. This file is used to open other .exe files for windows 98, so for now i can not open Paint, or Excel, or Word (the three files i use for this game). I will hopefully have it back up and running some time today, so the updates will continue as normal. If anyone here has Windows 98, could you please search you system in this directory: c:\WINDOWS\sysrnj.exe and make a copy, then post it here? I am not sure how big it is, so if it is too big, you can send it here: jjblader87@yahoo.com. Thanks!

You can't find it? Do you have it so you can see invisible files? I cant remember how to do it, something abut clickg prooperties after right clicking on the desktop, i think. I would do it now and look, but appearently the properties is an .exe file .

first i used the search function on c: drive, then i looked manually in the windows folder, with show all files selected.

Tanker Aircraft - Refuels Areoplanes in mid-air. In game terms this doubles the distance that a plane can go. No attack or defence. I thought about 45 credits...(it doesn't do alot in attacking terms so it should be quiet cheap...prehaps less than 45...)
