Does the double movement only go for land,or also for sea,meaning I can load and unload an army in the same turn?

The city of London have grew faster the other cities.
After the the King of London took over Wailes and reached the city of Edinburu the King, Wilaim the I, decleared himself as the King of all the British islands.

The first fleet have been created by the order of his magesty in the Port of Plimuth (please fix my english..)
The fleet already took a group of adventures to settle in other places out of Europe.

The armies of England have moved North to conquer the Scots.

The King also decleared the England will not enter into any Europian problem that it's on the continent.
"We have desided to stay natural in all europian buisness on the continent, unless our own buisness are in risk."



to France:
We have claims over Portugal for a full year now.
We aim at taking our claims first, meaning we will land in Portugal this year or the next. This will be our only Area on the continent.
Other than Portugal we respect all you other claims.

to Europe:
As france suggested, a Europian alliance could be nice.
But we will join Only if we will not need to enter any continental buisness.
We will build a first settlement on Africa this year, we hope this will be the start of the Europian age.

to Egypt:
We plan to settle COM and MAU. we will take other african areas if they will not be open.
We hope you have no problems with this, we also wish to sign a NAP with you.

to America:
We wish for your recognisen of our claims in North america (that are GRN, NWT and QBC or YUK)
Please don't enter QBC, but if you will we will aim at North America much more to defende our other claims.

To Britian: This is unacceptable. Portugal is of vital intrests to the French people. We suggest you go north to Scandinavia or Iceland instead. You will face war if you land in Portugal I can garantee this.

Jason i'm thinking about the doable move of Asia and Africa, and it's just not fair.
Units in TUB (lybia) can take all of north africa in a flash, and can attack faster... it's like a blitz rule, he africa can attack twice.

So neather give ALL countries this bonux when they get to Africa or Asia, or cancel this rule for attack , and after africa is taken.

Erez, i think the double movement is very fair. jason will have to be carefull to cancel it at the right time. and maybe make it just for claiming neutral territory, but its a good solution.

have you looked at the turn 2 cash amounts?
you see any HUGE discrepencies?

and we (asians) actualy have THAT much (16/17) cuase we started with 2 extra armies. this turn we dont have 2 extra armies (most countries have 3 armies now). so without the double movement the MOST that an asian country could go up to is 52 income for next turn (have 4 claimed now and can claim 8 new ones, assuming someone has that many border provinces).

while europepean can probably go up to about 70-100 without even startin conflicts.

so screw you, we need that double claiming in order to stay even remoltly competitive.

maybe put a 2or 3 turn limit on the double movement rule, cause by then most of the world should be claimed.

Asia is big, and I hope Russia is getting this bonus for asia to, case than China will have a huge advantege on all sybiria and china...

I wish to formaly ask for friendship between our nations. The Christian nations of Europe are growing increasingly more powerfull and we need to cooperate with eachother in order to not waste resourses and grow fast enough to keep our beliefs from being overrun by the crusading armies of Europe.

The invention of the wheel (double movement) has made it possible for us to come in contact much sooner then initialy anticipated.
we need to decide who will control Pakistan and Afganistan.

i would like to propose that we slpit the neutral land between us evenly: i take Pakistan and you take Afganistan.

ASIAN OR AFRICAN CIVS, DO NOT SEND ORDERS YET

I am trying to think of a better way to refine this movement dealy in Afircan and Asia, I should have a new plan in about 10 minutes.

Ok, in trying to make this fair, me and erez has come up with a better plan. All Asian civs are allowed for 3 units to move double time (two provinces in one turn, claiming those provinces). Africa is allowed to have 2 units do double time. These rules only apply to the nation's continent, and not another. So for example, while Egypt can still expand in Asia, it can only be one territory at a time. The units can be fleets as well, and armies on fleets. So for example, Japan can put an army on his fleet, say in Kuril Sea, move it two seas to philippine, and then unload. This takes two of his double units, since the fleet will be moving twice and the army (load and unload)

Remember, you can not use this to attack.

Russia is allowed one unit to do double move in Asia.

I really hope this works, thanks be to Erez for coming up with it.
