Ok, I received all orders except for Spains.
Holland, under new leadership, concentrated their whole forces upon the lands left in Canada. Thankfully, they were able to grab every peace of land they vouched for, and was able to successfully create a Canadian Empire. Where will they turn their ships for now?
Germany didnt make too much of an attempt to strengthen its colonial holdings too much, but did succeed in annexing some more African land. The some of the German Navy was relocated as well. Germany must be up to something.
Italian land did not expand, even due to the empty land they could have taken in the Americas. Instead, people swelled to Tunisia to visit the newly built city, one of two built this year, and admire its modern architecture.
France, on the contrary to Germany, expanded its empire vastly. French borders now stretch from the Andes Mountains to the Kalahari desert in southern Africa, to the Western Sahara, to the hilly lowlands in France itself. France is by far the largest nation (by provinces) in the world. Many expansions this turn included African and South American land.
The Ottoman Empire, while in distress, is the most easiest to defend due to its small borders. Though Africa is where the Sultan is forced to expand into, he may be able to still muster up a fleet to sail to Australia or the East Indies. However, it does look like his eyes are set on Egypt for the time being.
While the rest of the world is engaged in diplomacy, Russia seems to be minding its own business while expanding rapidly into Asia. It now holds the largest empire (not by provinces) in the world, while its offensive Cossacks poised to attack Germany, Ottoman Empire, or the Holland empire upon will.
Britain seems to be also minding its own business, while slowly setting up colonies spread from each other, so that to create an empire that will be felt every continent on the globe. Britain may not seem strong now, but it has the greatest potential.

I am fearing for this nes, it has been slow for the past two turns. I think the time of board game nes's is fading out, and story nes's taking its place again.
