ok, ok, I have tried to fix some problems.
Carthaginians unloaded in Angola but were destroyed there.
Unfortantly, Brazil did attack with new fleets. The only thing I can do that seems reasonable is give Africa 2 fleets in M. Atlantic, but the invasion stands. So, Nivi, you have 2 fleets in M Atlantic, and -2 on your income.
About the CON issue, yes, Nivi did attack with new units, but since it didnt fight its not a big deal. However, 2 units are in Zaire now, as if he attacked with 3 armies.
Also, I fixed the armies in Turkistan.
Here is the map, with corrections made. I will update within the week, if Nivi and Quokka want to resend orders cus of the changes, please do so before the week is over.

yea, this nes has been killed. This is the first time in a long time I killed an nes cus I have lost interest in it and am fed up with it.

Anyways, you guys can hold votes here for best player. I myself nominate Roddy for:
1.) Having the largest Empire in the world
2.) Knowing who to ally and who to ally then backstab, lol.
3.) Generous (with Japan mostly)
4.) Good diplomacy by tricking Germany and italy into thinking they were going to attack eachother, lol.
5.) Holding off the entire Asian, European, and Australian continents back.

Kamilian did a great job as well with rebuilding Germany. Erez would be a good cadidate for 3rd place (after kamilian and Roddy) for bringing Austalia to life. I dont know, erez about ties with Quokka too. And nivi, and everyone else! gah, I can make up my mind.

this was the best game in a long time for me. and not cause i was winning (though that added to the fun). but cause of the diplomacy in it, and the fact that i was playing a backstabbing son of a ***** which i dont do that often, or atleast not with such devotion.
