Sevastople is important strategicaly to Russia's future. Its also right next to my capitol. We ask you not to send any troops there as we are going to add it to our empire this turn.

whats Iberia? is that spain and portugal?

Jason, you're running both italy and France for now? that's gonna be tough. we need a player to take one so that you dont have to control two bordering countries.

if you want i can send you a pm with what I would do as one of them, and you decide what the other will do. so you dont have the 'conflict' of interest thing.

it would probly be better if a country farther away then me did it though.
like who's got japan or china or something over there? ask one of then to do Frances orders for this turn too, so that when you decide Italy's turn you dont know what france is doing.

well, for some people its already hard enough to do their own.

If you want to, you can send orders for italy, or france. I am controlling all 3.

Also, I am making the small archepeligoes with nothing, you can only use them to make stuff from.

What exactly does this mean? How do you take control of a small archipelago and what can be built there?

answering the question cause i'm fairly certain i know the answer.

the archipelagoes are just like provinces, you can build stuff on them (army bases, armies, ships, not sure bout cities but proly those too). the only difference between them and regular provinces is that they dont provide income (or unit upkeep i guess). in the original rules they provided 1 gold income, now they provide none.

Ok thanks RoddyVR.

Just one last clarification, do they support a unit like regular provinces? or are they just strategic locations?

Update 2

Turk-Italian Skirmish
After violating the signed treaty, the Turks moved in a large force to take Yugoslavia. However, after seeing the size of the greater Italian army, the Turks retreated back to Greece.

Russo-Angle Skirmish
Both countries tried to take Norway this turn, but only one was victorious. The Russians, having more skills within the snowy mountains of the area, destroyed the British army there and retained control of the region.

Russian Offensive
The Russians, seeing an opportunity, decided to strike at the newly reinforced German defenses at Poland. Both sides had equal numbers, but the Russians seemed to be more determined and was able to destroy the German unit guarding Poland and take control of the province.
