I am just wondering if there are still any openings for beta testing the Civ World on facebook? If so how can I get in on it. Thanks for your time.

Its not in the beta stage yet, it is in closed alpha.

If you already have friends on Facebook who play Civ World ask them for an invite.

Every player gets to invite friends once he finishes a game. A game takes between 3 and 8 days and you are able to invite up to 3 friends depending on your success.
