Just a little AI snafu

The silly, silly Lanun are building cities on my island whilst I invade theirs. Ordinarily, I would commend them for establishing a foothold in enemy territory. Too bad they aren't bringing along any defenders, leaving an empty city ripe for the picking.
Just thought this might help the team in their quest to better the AI.

At least they're building cities on other islands, the AI tends to not do that at all!
