Kicking Players from PBEM Games

How do you kick a player from a PBEM game? The manual is less than helpful.

If you're the host, use the admin password to play as them, and retire as that player.

Thank you! Do you know offhand if this eradicates their civilization from the game, or if an AI takes over?

When you retire as their civ, it should get a rid of all of their cities and units.

Thanks. Is there a way to drop from the game and allow an AI to take over?

If you retire as them though, you get their score in your HOF. The only way around this is to save your high score file first, retire as them, and then replace it with your saved file, which is a lot of stuffing around. Are you sure their is not another way to kick them out?
